​CALL FOR APPLICATIONS — ERASMUS+ STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING

University Administration and Management at Bursa Technical University, Türkiye

Khujand State University named after Academician Bobojon Gafurov invites staff applications for a training visit to Bursa Technical University under the Erasmus+ programme.

Mobility dates: 16–20 November 2026

Application deadline: 20 October 2026

The training visit will focus on university administration and management, including strategic planning, institutional decision-making, financial administration, and international cooperation.

The call is primarily intended for university leaders and administrative staff whose responsibilities involve institutional decision-making, management, or coordination of university departments.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants should:

• Hold a leadership or responsible administrative position at Khujand State University.

• Have relevant experience in university management, administration, finance, or international relations.

• Have sufficient English proficiency to participate actively in training and professional discussions.

• Demonstrate how the experience gained will contribute to improving university administration and management.

Required documents

• Application letter.

• Curriculum vitae (CV) in English.

• Motivation letter in English outlining the applicant’s training objectives and proposed application of the knowledge gained.

• Letter of nomination from the university administration.

• Two letters of recommendation.

• Copy of a valid international passport.

Applications must be submitted to the International Relations Department by 20 October 2026.

Applications will be assessed by a selection committee based on relevant experience, professional responsibilities, motivation, and alignment with the training objectives.
