Develop and implement programs Sector

Developing and implementing programs sector is a sub-department of the International Relations Office relating issues of establishing and developing various forms of cooperation between universities, research centers, embassies and international institutions.

Typical activities for which the team of developing and implementing programs sector (DIPS) is responsible includes overseeing the university`s international Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Bilateral Agreements, negotiating international scholarships, managing relationships with embassies, international organizations and developing and delivering a programs of international mobility opportunities for the KSU’s students and academic staff, coordinating inbound and outbound international visits, promoting, disseminating and running its international academic cooperation initiatives, coordinating the university`s internationalisation and cooperation programmes and providing an assistance to potential international students, international academic staff and visiting faculty, as well as all students at KSU wishing to spend some time abroad.

In recent years (2009-2015) the University during its participation in the the implementation of Tempus and Erasmus Mundus projects and shifting to the new educational system played an incredible role in the country among other universities. Only in 15 projects under the TEMPUS and Erasmus Mundus projects KSU has participated and in the framework of these programs and projects the KSU signed many Bilateral Agreements with a number of universities of Central Asia and European universities and institutions of foreign countries. And most important goals that we achieved was mobilizing more than 200 students, teachers, and faculty staff for trainings, research and study for the duration of from 1 month to 2 years to the outstanding European universities.

Since the implementation and the realization the educational system of the Bologna process, reforming education and access to international educational endeavors the KSU has cooperated and became a reliable partner and most of the time national coordinators of the following Erasmus Mundus and TEMPUS projects funded by European Commission:
